This is definitely very important because it helps us organize our lives and focus on our dreams; however, we often forget that after life comes death and that we will all die. It's somewhat unusual to talk about death with our loved ones when we are healthy and full of energy; it's much more likely to become a topic of conversation only when  we are diagnosed with a serious illness or when we experience an unfortunate traffic accident. Now that I have experienced an unexpected death , the time has come to talk about death with my own family.
